If you call our corporate office by telephone inquiring about a tour package and subsequently agree to purchase a tour package, you will be required to disclose your personal details for the purposes aforementioned. In such an instance, we may ask for your personal information such as name, contact details and method of payments. In addition, we may also gather information about any special requests. Your payment information will be transmitted through a secure communication gateway and confirmation of your purchase will be sent to you directly by Airlines Crew Tours (ACT)through email.
During your stay in Sri Lanka
From arrival to departure, we will record your name, country, contact number, email, your arrival and depart dates and times with flight details. This information will be carried in compliance with any reporting requirements, including those guidelines imposed by the government. In some cases, information specific to your service with Airlines Crew Tours (ACT) may also be stored, such as service issues and payment difficulties. Other than in these instances, we may also retain the contents of any documents provided by you such as emails, comments, letters and electronic documents that you may have sent us before your arrival to Sri Lanka.
