While we carefully vet our partners, some services are operated independently by third parties. ACT Lanka Pvt Ltd coordinates your trip and acts as your primary contact but does not directly operate all third-party services and cannot be held liable for their performance or safety practices.

Your safety and well-being are our top priorities. Travel can involve unforeseen situations, and we require all travelers to have valid travel insurance before starting a tour. A comprehensive policy should cover:

While we do everything possible to guarantee a smooth experience, some factors are beyond our control. These include weather conditions, natural disasters, political situations, third-party service disruptions or cancellations, and health emergencies or personal incidents.
In such cases, ACT Lanka Pvt Ltd will assist and guide you to the best of our ability but cannot accept liability for losses, damages, or additional expenses incurred.

6. Third-Party Services
Certain services, including hotels, safari operators, and adventure activities, are provided by independent suppliers. ACT Lanka Pvt Ltd:

7. Use of Photos and Media
We love capturing moments of your journey to share the authentic beauty of Sri Lanka. With your permission, photos or videos taken during the tour may be used for marketing or promotional purposes.

8. Emergency Contact Protocol
In case of accidents, medical emergencies, or other urgent issues during the tour:

Follow Local Professional Guidance
Always comply with instructions from local authorities, medical personnel, or other qualified professionals. Your safety should remain the top priority.
Coordination and Limitations
ACT Lanka Pvt Ltd will coordinate assistance to the best of our ability. However, we cannot guarantee immediate resolution for emergencies handled by third-party services, local authorities, or medical providers.
Travel Insurance Reminder
Travelers are responsible for having valid travel insurance to cover any emergencies, including medical evacuation, treatment costs, or other unexpected incidents.
Acknowledgment of Risk
By participating in the tour, travelers acknowledge that ACT Lanka Pvt Ltd is not liable for delays, outcomes, or costs associated with emergency situations managed by third parties or local professionals.
9. Additional Liability Protection
- Liability Cap: Under no circumstances shall ACT Lanka Pvt Ltd be liable for any loss, injury, or damage exceeding the total tour price paid by the client.
- Optional/Extra Services: All optional activities, upgrades, or additional services requested during the tour are the sole responsibility of the client. ACT Lanka Pvt Ltd is not liable for any associated costs, accidents, or incidents.
- Acknowledgment of Risks: Clients acknowledge that participation in adventure, wildlife, water, or cultural activities involves inherent risks. Clients take full responsibility and indemnify ACT Lanka Pvt Ltd against any claims arising from these activities.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
All travel arrangements with ACT Lanka Pvt Ltd (trading as ACT Sri Lanka / Airlines Crew Tours) are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. In the unlikely event of disputes, we encourage friendly resolution through dialogue first. If legal action is necessary, it will be conducted within the jurisdiction of Sri Lankan courts.
